Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Salesforce platform

Build technical processes, and deliver solutions using configuration, migrate data, and provide ongoing support to our Sales and Customer Service teams

Recommend new features and improvements to optimize and increase the use of the platform

Work closely with development teams, data, sales, marketing and other factors in the company and its subsidiaries

Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and features to recommend best practices and improvements

2 years of experience in Salesforce implementation

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Information Systems

At least one Salesforce certification is required
