Product Marketing Manager

What you will be doing

  • Be an expert in our products and market, and gain a deep understanding of our customers' interests, challenges, and requirements to identify key marketing opportunities that enhance customer engagement

  • Collaborate closely with the product team, leveraging data insights to drive impactful strategies and initiatives

  • Take ownership of the entire retention funnel by planning and executing strategies, consistently tracking, optimizing, and improving using data, customer insights, and customer-centric thinking

  • Improving the level of engagement and conversions on the site and mobile app, including using tools such as marketing automation, CRM, CRO and lead management

  • Research and develop marketing strategies and products based on market, competitive, audience, and use case analysis

  • Planning the go-to-market strategy and launch outlining how the product should be promoted

  • Deliver results in the form of engagement, conversions, and retention

  • Work closely with product, R&D and data teams

  • Ensure the company's messaging strategy is always up-to-date with the latest market, customer, and competitor insight

  • Lead the reporting, monitoring, and tracking of the different campaigns you will lead

Your skills and experience

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager

  • Proven record of cross-functional collaboration with product and marketing teams

  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to solve complex problems

  • Proactive “can-do” attitude, ability to take initiative and drive things independently

  • Familiarity with technology and software solutions such as Appques, Peno.io, lead management tools and similar softwares

  • Experience in working with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Monday
