What you will be doing

As Marketing Automation Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns across email, direct messaging, push & pop-ups, landing pages, and automated journeys to engage our prospects and customers. In addition, you will be analyzing performance to show results, identify areas for testing and suggest improvments. 

Our Marketing teams is therefore seeking an innovative marketing leader who will keep up-to-date with the latest marketing automation best practices to continuously optimize our technology stack and marketing programs, as well as develop and implement comprehensive marketing automation strategies that achieve business objectives.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and manage marketing automation platforms to ensure effective implementation of campaigns

  • Lead generation by marketing automation tools

  • Map out and optimize multi-channel customer journeys to create cohesive brand experiences

  • Analyze campaign performance data and present reports on key metrics like email open/click rates, landing page conversions, and ROI

  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve and optimize campaigns

  • Oversee and maintain the organization's marketing automation software and evaluate new marketing technologies

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing automation initiatives with overall marketing and business goals

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing automation tools

Your skills and experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on strategy and execution

  • Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying marketing automation campaigns across channels

  • Data-driven approach

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
