What you will be doing
As Head of Marketing Operations, you will own all aspects of marketing operations and ensure that the team delivers world-class results.
As a result, you will work with multiple departments within the organization, coordinate and manage various projects from all aspects, and ensure each one is organized, meets deadlines, and meets the highest standards.

Ensure proper operation of MarTech - recommend, implement, and manage marketing platforms and automation tools

Promote and implement operative processes and methods

Manage marketing projects - create Gantt charts, follow up on tasks, and define and monitor KPIs and OKRs.

Establish and refine a cross-channel operational strategy that leverages insights to drive KPIs

Be a focal point for Tech departments (Data, Product, R&D)

Improve efficiency and effectiveness by identifying and resolving problems

Deliver and present deliverables to senior management (analysis, process changes, and more) that will impact business decisions
Your skills and experience

4+ years of experience in a similar position

Strong technical skills and hands-on knowledge of systems in the marketing world

Experience in managing projects and driving cross-company collaboration

Managerial experience - an advantage

Excellent time and task management skills

An analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude

Professional English skills, both spoken and written

Experience in B2B marketing or in a similar operations role in a B2B tech company - an advantage
