yad2's BI & Analytics department is looking for a Business/BI Analyst to join the team of BI professionals and provide analytical services to all company department.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's business model, Products, services and KPI's

Work closely with our internal stakeholders to measure and monitor the products performance as well as Identify trends and patterns in the data and make data-driven recommendations

Investigate and solve product and business challenges, using data analysis and statistics

Help the product teams and executives make better decisions, based on data analysis

Conduct A/B testing analysis

Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key business metrics

Up to 2 years of analytical experience in B2C and/or B2B services or Ad-tech/e-commerce/internet companies/large user-base companies
-
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL/Python/R and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI

1 year of experience with online product analysis: retention, flows, funnel, feature impact, etc - an advantage

Work experience analyzing large datasets in an Analytics/Business/Monetization centric role - strong advantage

Demonstrated data analysis and decision-making capabilities

Our Data team drives the decision-making process at yad2. We use machine learning and statistics to gain insights about our users and develop predictive models.
