What you will be doing
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead cross-organizational projects within the Salesforce environment, reporting to the Product Department. This role includes full responsibility for managing projects, planning, tracking, and overseeing all phases of execution, ensuring successful project delivery within timelines and budget, while meeting company objectives.

Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects, including planning, requirement definition, and execution oversight

Develop and communicate roadmaps and project strategies

Gather and prioritize business and technical requirements from internal stakeholders

Translate business needs into clear requirements for the development team

Lead Agile processes within the team, including sprint planning, prioritization, and task management

Balance scope, quality, and timelines to meet project goals and deliverables

Analyze system usage trends and customer feedback to continuously improve the platform
Your skills and experience

Previous experience managing projects within the Salesforce environment – mandatory

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including experience in process leadership and prioritization management

Deep understanding of Salesforce processes, ability to manage multiple interfaces, and excellent time and task management skills

Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders, coordinating between teams

Experience with project management tools like Jira or similar – advantage

Excellent communication skills and a strong team player

Relevant academic degree – advantage
