Manage, mentor, and grow a talented team of Account Managers and Sales Executives

Report directly to Drushim’s BLM and play a key role in driving B2B channel goals and revenue expansion, by ensuring the retention and growth of company B2B customers

Responsible for M$ scale monthly revenue

Meet the company's budget targets by increasing SOW and signing new clients

Lead and expand the AM and SE team by setting the strategy and prioritizing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs); hiring, training, and developing a world-class team

Manage, prioritize, and oversee the daily tasks of the team

Detect and monitor early signals of at-risk accounts, design teams' playbooks to address them, and provide a path to resolve strategic client issues

Utilize industry best practices and develop and deliver continuous improvement initiatives resulting in improved efficiencies and scalability

Develop trusted relationships with C-levels and decision-makers from strategic accounts, defining local product (roadmap) and project management activities focused on generating long-term growth

Gain insights for customer success function through data analysis

Partnering closely with Yad2 stakeholders such as sales teams, marketing, product, and BI
-
Leading and owning ENT segment-related projects that require coordination and communication with other departments

5+ years of professional experience in a leadership role in enterprise sales or customer success department - a must

Manage and lead managers in an organization - an advantage

Collaborate with senior leadership in the company to execute business strategies

Experience building and managing AM and SE teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Ability to break ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
